Debt Collection pre-covid was so much better as a majority of collectors just needed to follow up on payments and getting promise-to-pays.
Now, all teams expect collectors to not only collect payments but also to negotiate payment plans, seek promissory notes, and others in order to reduce risk. Fundamentally speaking, all of the above can be done by improving fundamentals on communication, active listening, and negotiations.

- On Day 2, the participants will get a detailed understanding of all the effective tools and techniques for compassionate customer calls that yield payment and long-term customer loyalty.
DAY 3: Wed, June 16, 2021 | 12 - 2 PM CT
- On Day 3, the participants will have 2 hours of interactive activity-based training to build listening, negotiation, and communication skills for collection calls.
