Chart of The Week: Divergent Views on Employee Well-Being

 

The mental and physical well-being of employees is a growing issue. It’s the reason 60% of employees, 64% of managers and 75% of the C-suite are seriously considering moving to a new job according to the Deloitte 2023 Well-being at work survey.

And while the C-Suite is concerned about themselves, they don’t realize their workers think things are getting worse. The Deloitte survey found only one-third of employees claimed their well-being improved last year, while three out of four C-suite executives inaccurately believe their workforce’s circumstances improved.
