The HighRadius Cash Application End User Training aims to provide the Nutrien users with the skills that they need to efficiently and comfortably use the HighRadius Cash Application solution. The course will be used to train the Nutrien users specifically on HighRadius user interface and screens, and focuses on activities, which they need to perform on a day-to-day basis, such as processing exception payments. Along with the common scenarios, the course also describes user journeys focused around specific roles such as Super User and Branch Admin.
Course Objectives: At the end of this course, you will learn how to:
- Describe different user personas, user journey mappings, and specific role expectations and activities
- Navigate through the key screens and understand the functionality of each screen
- Use the HRC solution to process exception payments
- Perform role-specific and admin activities
