The HighRadius Deductions End User Training aims to provide the FBM users with the skills that they need for using the solution efficiently and comfortably. The course will be used to train the FBM users specifically on HighRadius user interface and screens, and focuses on activities, which they need to perform on a day-to-day basis, such as monitoring and managing pre-deductions and deductions. Along with the common scenarios, the course also describes user journeys focused around specific roles, such as Credit Manager.
Course Objectives: At the end of this course, you will learn how to:
- Describe different user personas, user journey mappings, and specific role expectations and activities
- Navigate through the key screens and understand the functionality of each screen
- Monitor and manage pre-deductions
- Monitor and manage deductions
