The HighRadius Collections End User Training aims to provide the Kennametal users with the skills that they need for using the solution efficiently and comfortably. The course will be used to train the Kennametal users specifically on HighRadius user interface and screens, and focuses on activities, which they need to perform on a day-to-day basis, such as sending correspondences and making calls. Along with the common scenarios, the course also describes user journeys focused around specific roles, such as the Collections Analyst and Collections Admin.
Course Objectives: At the end of this course, you will learn how to:
- Describe different user personas, user journey mappings, and specific role expectations and activities
- Navigate through the key screens and understand the functionality of each screen
- Navigate to the Prioritized Worklist and Customer Review screens
- Use the in-app personalized calling and perform post call activities
- Use the in-app personalized email sending feature
- Handle disputes, follow-ups, and escalations
- Perform role-specific and admin activities
