This talk was given to branch managers at Linderco to explain the basics of their credit policy and is the kind of thing that you may be asked to do - or may WANT to do - in credit.

  • The importance of character and collateral
  • Elements of their credit application
  • Sources of credit information
  • Background on how their collection policies work
  • Background on their terms and finance charges
  • How to open an account is established
  • Ways they handle disputed invoices
