Helen F. (Johnni) Elrod · SQM North America

This is a financial analysis spreadsheet used by SQM North America. The form takes into account the financials, trade references, payment history with SQM, industry payment history, bank information, years the company has been in business, etc.

In the top portion where the balance sheet numbers are, the number fields that are in red are the fields that should be filled in. The numbers that are in black are calculated by formula.

The same should be done on the income statement side. The ratios, equity, and networking capital are automatically calculated. At the bottom of the sheet, the numbers that are red are to be filled in. The factor and weight are calculated and a risk factor is computed along with a suggested maximum credit limit.

You can modify the weightings to suit your own situation.
