Here's some great news:
According to the Credit Today, 2007-2008 Salary & Job Satisfaction Survey Job satisfaction is improving for many more people than decreasing: fully 73.5 percent of credit execs report that their job satisfaction has risen or stayed the same.
On the other hand, 26.5 percent say that their job satisfaction has decreased in the past year, also a significant number. Based on data in the survey, these people are most likely suffering from insufficient compensation, lack of support from upper management, and excessive workload - all recipes for burnout and declining quality of work.
