This is a sample letter used by a high-tech company used after the credit manager visited a risky potential new customer. It outlines the supplier's terms and other aspects of the relationship as hammered out in the initial meeting.

 

This letter always follows a customer visit with a potential customer identified as a very risky business. It's always nice to capture business and get to "yes" if you can minimize your risks and this letter is a part of that process.
