A Template for Inter Corporate Guarantee Form
This is a template for a corporate guarantee, when you want corporate to guarantee another corporation's (often a subsidiary's) debts.
Before accepting any inter-corporate guarantee, be sure that the guarantor company is creditworthy and that the person signing on behalf of the guarantor company has the authority to bind that company. A corporate guarantee is only as reliable as the guarantor's ability and willingness to repay the outstanding debt. Therefore, an analysis of a potential guarantor's credit is crucial, as is an examination of the language contained in the guarantee.
As with all such templates, this will serve as a good starting point and you may need to make modifications to adapt to your specific situation. You should consult with an attorney before using this or any other contract.
